Preschool

The Holy Cross Lutheran Preschool is a cornerstone of both our community service and education missions. The Preschool is fully licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Classes are offered for children ages 3 to 5.
Our Preschool welcomes children of all faiths and backgrounds.

Our Philosophy
Jesus made it very clear how important children were to his ministry. Holy Cross has accepted His challenge to bring up our children with Christ as the center of their lives. The philosophy of our preschool is to provide a Christ-centered atmosphere that allows children to grow in knowledge, understanding, skills, and character.

  • Self-expression through language skills
  • Social skills through group interaction
  • Independence and problem-solving skills.
